WordPress 2.8.2 Download!

As you might know, I have been fighting hackers all this weekend and last weekend, there seems to be many “loopholes” that the hackers are able to take advantage of, especially if you are even running version 2.8.1.

Well, looks like the WordPress Team has version 2.8.2 available for download, download WordPress 2.8.2 here.

WordPress 2.8.2 fixes an XSS vulnerability. Comment author URLs were not fully sanitized when displayed in the admin. This could be exploited to redirect you away from the admin to another site. Downl

YouTube Hack – How to Link Directly to High Quality YouTube Videos!

Here’s a cool little hack for bloggers and alike, how to link directly to high quality YouTube Videos.

Simply add &fmt=18 to the end of your video link, here’s an example:

DIY iPhone HACK – How to make an iPhone LoJack and chart your location using Google Maps!

Here’s a great hack on how to make an iPhone LoJack and also be able to chart your location using GoogleMaps.

Basically the hack connects a Twitter account so your iPhone “twitts” your iPhone’s location at set intervals.  The “twitts” are basically GoogleMaps URLs that locates the GPS location of the iPhone.

How cool it that?  Pretty awesome I’d say.

How to browse through websites without wasting your time clicking.

Here’s how you can browse through blogs without doing so much typing and clicking…

I got so annoyed at the fact that I have to click like 5 times before getting to an actual blog that this actually proved to be great for me to browse a blog and drop cards without wasting any time clicking. Think about how many seconds you save if you could simply click to the next blog? (I visit about 100 blogs a day so saving 5 seconds on each blog comes to about 500 seconds, about 8 minutes or so.
