Good Sites for Checking CPU Benchmarks!

Recently, I have been in the search of a new computer or laptop that would let me HD videos better plus render them faster.

In the search, I have found some great resourceful sites for checking CPU benchmarks/performances, some of these include rendering benchmarks so they might help you if you are stuck between choosing an Intel Core Dual 2 or a Intel Core Dual 2 ULV.

WiMax, Mini-Laptops, and Intel’s Support

A lot of tech bloggers (I won’t name them here) have been bashing how crappy WiMAX is when they haven’t even used it or don’t even know what the chip manufacturers are doing.

Well, finally here’s proof.  At least if Intel is thinking of new CPUs with WiMAX support, it’s going to explode!

I am going to get one of these cool UMPC with WiMax embedded.

Jesus, Van Der Jisus notebooks will be out in end of June. Acer Aspire One Mini-notebook that should be ready to buy reaaaal soon. Korea always gets new laptops faster than us with MSI 15.4″

Maker Faire Live Blogging – ALAVs by Jed Berk!

Check out these Cool ALAVs (Autonomous Light Vessels) by Jed Berk! Tight! It uses Sun Microsystems SunSpot microcontroller, which can be programmed in Java. I like this idea since there’s a lot of Java embedded processors out there but this ones from the creators. Jed tells me that all the pieces were 3D designed on the computer and laser-cut, kinda cool~ 🙂
