Here’s a rather interesting fact, potatoes can I guess be used as defogger. Simply cut your potatoes then apply to any windows or surfaces that tend to fog up.  Hey, it sure beats buying a Anti-fog defogger filled with a bunch of chemicals!

Food Hack – How to Make your Own Potato Chips!

To make your own potato chips, you can simply cut up potatoes into small slices, then fry the whole thing until it’s crispy.  Of course, add some vinegar and sea salt and you will get my favorite potato chips.

For making this process healthier and easier, there’s a potato slicing gadget and a tray that will let you “microwave” the chips without using any oil.  How wonderful is that?

Food Hack – How to Make French Fries from Scratch!

I’ve actually done this a million times, make french fries from scratch using real potatoes.  It’s actually a great way to make french fries as your fries will end up tasting very fresh and homemade.

Of course, I have to point out that after you cut the french fries, make sure to store them in the freezer right away if you are not going to fry them as they will turn brown and not taste as good.
