Cast Iron Skillet Review!

For the most healthy, home-cooked meals, you might want to consider getting a real cast-iron skillet as I have been using one for about a year now.  The best part about cast-iron skillets is that they can handle high-heat, perfect for pre-cooking steaks before you put them in the oven.

As for health point-of-view, the iron-skillets might give off little scraps of iron that is actually great for your human body, unlike DuPont-coated non-iron skillets that can cause cancer among other things if that coat gets scraped off somehow.

Microsoft’s New Ads Imply Macs are Too Expensive!

video://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRF9-5itZA4

Lol, Microsoft is implying that Apple Macs are too expensive on their new ads, as seen in this vid. It’s true though, I “still” have bought 1 Mac in my whole entire life, that was for one of the graphic designers I hired, not for me. Of course, I will always need the extra features that PC give me, (ironic huh saying this and coming from a person who doesn’t like Windows) there’s so much more you can do on a PC.

Barrack Obama Wins the 2008 U.S. Presidency!

Barrack Obama wins the 2008 U.S. Presidency and I couldn’t be happier.

Once again, I

Steve Jobs on Blue-ray Discs – “Bag of Hurt!”

In a recent Apple get-together conference (actually right now I think…), Steve Jobs says Blue-ray discs are “bag of hurt” and he’s unsure if this Blue-ray disc thing will keep going or not.

Although I don’t agree with Steve Jobs’ decision on going with AT&T for the iPhone, I have to agree Blue-ray discs are still in their early stages and things could drastically change in the next 1-2 years.

Just remember when the last couple time Sony failed to standardize their new technology inventions such as

Cabbage Chair Looks Like a Cabbage!

The Cabbage Chair is like peeling onions.  Well, so long as you don’t have onion smell this chair does look pretty functional and what if they made Cabbage Lounge Sofas?  That’d be way too cool.

Above is a series of snapshots of how the Cabbage Chair becomes a chair after being shipped to a customer.  From the point of view of an ecoist, the Cabbage Chair does reduce carbon footprint by being able to ship itself in the smallest shape possible.  This reminds me of Keets

Snake-Shaped Portable Solar Light

From the point of view of designers and engineers, this snake-shaped portable solar light seems to be headed in the right direction for future of modern portable lighting.  Don’t you agree?

This is a very interesting design in the concept stage at the moment but never the less this could be very useful for virtually anyone who uses light, which is everyone basically! The designers
