Secret iPhone 3G S Specs!

The new iPhone 3G S will probably be torn apart and posted all over the internet with its true specs but looks like T-mobile has released some of the specs which Apple has not:

The relevant numbers are 256MB RAM for the OS, double that of the 128MB in the original iPhone, and a 600MHz processor, up from the pedestrian 412MHz of the first two models. Wii Hack – DIY Kurukuru Kart!

Japanese modders have made their own Kurukuru kart, a recreational vehicle you can control directly with a hacked Wiimote.

Looks like a lot of fun if you have a lot of time to kill. 🙂

There isn’t a whole lot of information available on this besides the video captions, but it appears to be using the WiiFlash Flash API for Wiimote input and Gainer for motor control output. G1 Hack – How to Get Remote Root Access to G1 Phone!

Well, someone figured out how to access the G1 phone via a telnet access.  This is great stuff, I bet you can stuff a small web server on a G1 phone pretty easy.  (Hmmm…I wonder if you can do SSH2 too…)

Inspiron DIY Hack – How to Run OS-X on a Dell Mini Inspiron 9!

Looks like someone was able to install OS-X on a Dell Mini, nice…

The steps to Leopard-ize the mini are actually quite simple and easy to follow. After you download the slipstreamed ISO and burn the 3.2GB ISO to a DVD you boot up the Dell mini off a external DVD drive (Press 0 (Zero) at the BIOS screen) and installed Leopard as usual.
