Google Earth lets people virtually fly around a 3D view of the world made from satellite and aerial imagery mapped onto the planet’s mountains and valleys.

How to Geo-Map your Movies!

With Seero, I guess you can even geo-map your movies.  It’s interesting as this movie is based on San Francisco streets and I know where they shot it.

Pong Table!

Look at this cool Pong Table, I would probably eat cereal with one hand and play pong with my other hand.

Designed by Moritz Waldemeyer, it’s part of MoMA’s Design & the Elastic Mind Exhibit. Google GPS

Here’s a cool way to use Google earth as GPS. Too bad you can’t run it on a PDA unless someone finds a way…

Basically you run Google Earth and use some great donation-ware to link it in real time to a GPS. This means that your mapping software and maps worldwide are not only free, but you also get hi-res satellite views and in some cases 3D buildings (in downtown areas). Only a year or so ago this would have cost tens of thousands of dollars in proprietary GPS mapping gear; it would be difficult to share it once done; each map and
