For those of you who have cracked LCD screens on their digital cameras, you might be interested to know that there is a way to replace the LCD on your digital camera yourself. Well, this is a real short hack (or a howto really) for hooking up your TV to your computer.
First, you will need a dual-monitor graphic adaptor or extra graphic adaptors. (1 per monitor) If you don’t have one, go buy one with lots of RAM over at your favorite electronics store.
*If you have a laptop, you don’t need a dual-monitor, just use the S-Video or the video outputs. You will need to hit that monitor shaped button along with Fn button couple times usually to make the screen show.

Here’s a cool little USB to LCD hack!
The hardware of the LCD2USB interface consists of the Atmel AVR Mega8 CPU, a cheap and easy to obtain microcontroller with 8 KBytes flash (of which ~3k are used in this application) and 2 KBytes RAM. The processor is surrounded by few parts, mainly connectors to interface to the PC and the LCD.
