Tiffen Merlin Steadicam for iPhones!

I actually tried this exact model out at Tiffen booth in CES 2010 couple days back, I think if you are going to shoot motion with an iPhone, it does make sense to use a steadicam.  But then again, if you can afford a steadicam, you should really be shooting videos with a real camcorder or like me, Canon EOS 7D.

The Steadicam Smoothee™ is specifically designed and engineered to work with your Apple® iPhone 3Gs. Based on the sa

AT&T Problems Pointed Out by New York Times!

The other day I told you some solid reasons why you should boycott AT&T like me since 2006, well I just found some facts to prove my point including writer on New York Times saying AT&T is simply SLOW:

I LOVE my iPhone. I just wish it were matched with Verizon Wireless, the carrier with the most envied reputation as fast, ubiquitous, reliable, nigh perfect.

FINALLY! – Skype/VOIP Apps allowed on AT&T iPhones!

This comes sorta bit late but heck, great news for AT&T iPhone users who have been wanting to make free VOIP calls.  Of course, AT&T’s lack of coverage in SF Bay Area means for bay residents still won’t benefit from it but for those of you with better AT&T coverage elsewhere, you will have something more to play with.

Apple iPhone “Explodes” Over Battery Problems – Possible Health Hazard!

It seems that French consumer affairs minister has met with an Apple exec to discuss the latest iphone “explosion” problems in France and other parts of the world.

iPhone exploding, is that possible?

Yes, the battery of the iPhone has been reported to “explode” at random occasions ever since its birth.  Apple is claiming that their iPhones do not explode but history says otherwise.  Apple Nanos in South Korea have been recalled in the past due to “faulty” batteries, pos

Samsung Omnia II Hands-On Review!

Samsung Omnia II has been caught in the wild, the new Samsung smartphone features a Windows Mobile 6.1, 3.7″ 800×480 pixel LCD, and support for HDSPA/GPS/WiFi.

The core feature of the new Samsung Omnia II isn’t its laggy Windows Mobile operating system but the on-board 5 megapixel camera and DVD-quality camcorder that also does DivX and xViD.

For storage, the Samsung Omnia II does great with its 8 gigabyte internal storage plus ability to add more with a microSD slot.

Overall, I am not impressed by the size of the Samsung Omnia II as it’s slightly

iCrack – iPhone’s will FAIL by crackin’ on you!

In the last year or so, 20% of all damaged iPhones in the world have FAILED due to the cracking of its screens.  Even Nintendo has added a protective silicon cover for their Wiimotes since they have been crackin’ up HDTVs like it’s no big thang.  Well, Apple better do something and put some protective iPhone covers as default otherwise they may be cheating the consumers. (to buy new iPhones!)

Even my Blackberry has been dropped about 50 times in the last 2 years and no screen has broken.  Perhaps, iPhone design is great for touch but not so much for insurance against c

8GB Solid 18-Carat Gold USB Stick!

I’ve seen so many “diamond” studded iPhones that are useless, but this 8GB Solid 18-Carat Gold USB Flash Drive Keychain looks promising as it uses solid gold to keep the USB drive in-tact even when dropped from the 10th floor.  Although it’s going to cost your $599 to get one, it might be worth it as you can engrave your own “logo”.  If I can make a million bucks on the internet one day, I will get one as a souvenir.

The limited-edition drive from Super Talent Technolog

Sprint’s Dan Hesse says Google Android not good enough “yet”!

In recent interview with Sprint’s CEO Dan Hesse, he says that Google Android isn’t good enough “yet” for Sprint to promote on their network.

I can understand why Dan is saying that because Sprint is way ahead of every other telecommunication company in the U.S. as far as mobile data speeds go.

Plus, Sprint has been working closely with Samsung, one of the biggest cellphone manufacturers in the world.  Samsung

iPhone Hack – How to Sync an iPhone/iPod with 2 or more Computers!

As a U.S. consumer of goods, I’ve always been very peeved at the fact that my iPod or iPhones in general cannot sync with multiple computers.  How come all of my generic MP3 players can sync with multiple PCs while my iPod simply sucks at doing that?

I know, I know, Steve Jobs is evil and he implements anything to make money but what the heck, I have 3 desktop computers and 3 laptops!

Well, don’t fuss about it as there’s a solution for this using some simple HEX hacks.

It’s time that someone thought of this, t
