Ab Solo – Tried it and it’s decent!

I’ve seen this Ab Solo machine at my local gym about 9 months ago and sadly, it’s a good machine but I find it an ineffective, expensive ab machine.

Of course, it’d be good for gyms, but I would have second thoughts about having one in my house, it’s too bulky, expensive, and the balls are kinda dangerous. I actually have experience breaking one of my fingers doing these exercise, I highly recommend you stay away from this type of exercise, there’s so many other safer

AT&T New Service Agreement Sucks and I am glad I have Sprint!

Well, it’s not new news that a telecommunication company is trying to scam consumers out of their rights through changes in service agreements.  I remember my credit card company sending me a new service agreement about 3 months after I signed up, now that’s a big scam.

Of course, as consumers we can’t really “prove” they are a scam unless we sue them together.

As for me, I am glad I got of the AT&T (Cingular back then) market.  My cable and internet is Comcast and I use Sprint for my Blackb

WiMax will replace WiFi Soon!

One thing iPhone consumers don’t realize is that, THEY’VE BEEN HAD by AT&T by junky cellular internet connections.  Now AT&T is going to TAKE YOUR MONEY AGAIN AND RUN!

All the hype about iPhone is great for AT&T and Apple by not so great for us regular joe consumers who don’t know jack shit about what really is going on behind the scenes.

The truth is simple, CDMA by Sprint is faster than AT&T’s GSM and probably will be still faster after the so-called “over-marketed” second generation 3G is out.  (HELLO!
