First Look at iPhone 3G S!

Okay, here we go again, another new iPhone 3G S!  Well, that’s still not going to convince me enough as I truly hate AT&T’s guts so I will just wait until Sprint gets one. (probably never, maybe I should just try a Palm Pre)

Here’s some first looks into the iPhone 3G S, courtesy of Macrumors.

Go Tiger at the Masters!

I dunno why but I have always been excited to watch Tiger come back from 7 or 8 strokes back, today is such a day, I hope he shoots like 6 or 7 under although he hasn’t really playing lights out.

Anyways, I am off to watch the Masters all day, sorry for no tech posts today.  Every year, I tend to get lazy near Masters but I am still online, you can join in “live” twittering conversation at my golf twitter @progolferdigest.

Nintendo Hack – How to Convert your PowerGlove into a Wiimote-like Thang!

Do you remember when the first Nintendo PowerGlove came out? It was like the tightest game controller ever.

Well, nowdays “nobody” uses a PowerGlove but here’s a guy who hacked it, added an accelerometer, and now functional just like a Wiimote, or maybe even better.

Over the past month, I’ve done just that. I stripped the guts out of an original Power Glove, replaced the ultrasonic sensors with an accelerometer, the proprietary microcontroller with an open-source Arduino, and the wired connection with Bluetooth. I wrote an input manager to get the

Re-Make DIY – How to Make a Coffee Cup Tissue Dispenser!

Here’s a fun way to re-use and let your disposable coffee cup live one more life by making a coffee cup tissue dispenser.  Great idea!

There’s a company out there called WeGo, that sells facial tissues in a take-away coffee cup. In the interest of DIY-ism, I bought one of these cups of 50 sand-paper-rough tissues for 3 bucks so I could pop off the top, rip the guts out and figure out how to make them. Here’s my easy, no-cost version.

Well, since I am a pretty fit guy no matter how difficult or busy my life seem to get, let me share some of the secrets in losing weight or keeping fit for the year 2009.

Here’s my secret:

1. Don’t eat cookies or things with lots of sugar. This is something real simple but for some people, it takes a lot of guts and self-control.  If you cannot control yourself, try meditating, yoga, or something that will help you control your cravings.   Remember, you cannot lose weight if you eat too much candy, it’s simple as that.

2. Work out at least 3 times

DIY Nintendo Toaster works Perfectly!

Fully Functional NES inside toaster

video://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ig9-wX0aaFU

Check out this cool DIY Nintendo Toaster that encloses the whole Nintendo inside itself.  What I like most about this project is the toaster pop-out function works for the NES cartridges while the toaster LED turns on if the game is on.

I had an awful lot of people suggesting that my previous project (the Super Genintari/Leviticus) looked like a toaster. I then discovered that I had an extra NES and toaster laying around and knew what had to be done.

DIY Webmaster – Do not put all your web traffic in one basket!

In recent encounter with StumbleUpon, we have received about the same amount of traffic regardless. As you can see in the above graph, StumbleUpon only really helps those with small traffic. With out latest press release, we will be suing StumbleUpon for Copyright enfringement. That’s right. They don’t have the guts to take it outside and get their ass beat by me so I will have to take them to court.  Thanks a lot SU, for leaving that copyright enfringement on forever, wh
