Getting better sleep today

I have been struck with the zzzzz sickness lately. I can get to sleep at night and feel like my whole world is falling into (or needs to) the zzzzz world. If I start working out more often, this should be better… (this flu is killing me!?!) DIY – Color Organ

Wow, check this color organ out, it almost looks like candy.

The circuit itself consists of an electret condensor microphone feeding a two stage preamplifier with a sensitivity control. The signal is then split up into three channels with individual level adjustments. More Motor Experiments – 3 Stepper motors with CUBLOC CB280
