Gastar m_iGrill Portable Propane Grills

I admit to being a BBQ-fiend, I cannot live without a grill but here’s an awesome Gastar “iGrill” that lets you plug in your favorite iPod or MP3 player to play music while you cook using the 8500 BTU propane gas tank.

I highly like this idea plus I like the size of this grill as it’s portable and won’t take up a large space in your home.

Check out this cool wooden clock made from all wood!  Now, you can use this as reference to building your own.

“Her large, nearly 14” diameter wheel and unique escapement make Solaris the focal point of the room. Her unusual, and very forgiving escapement releases every two seconds with a sound quite unlike anything else. It is not your usual “Tick Tock.” Ten leaf pinions used throughout make for an extremely smooth mechanism. “

Magnet HACK – High-speed Magnetic Levitation / Floating Magnets Dude!

video://www.youtube.com/watch?v=glCNP6qH_Dc

Here’s a great demonstration of a levitating magnet with 2 high-speed rotating cylinders.

Maybe someone can take this idea further and make us some hoverboards please!

While working on science museum exhibits in 1990 I came up with the above idea: it is known that a spinning metal disk will lift and fling a strong magnet. Therefore, metal rods with opposite spin will lift a magnet but WON’T fling it sideways. It works! I used “sched-80″ heavy wall copper tubes about 1-3/8

Bigger Diameter Contact Lenses for that Alien Look!

For people with small eyes or at least they don’t like to open their eye 100% (like me naturally), you can benefit from the extra, big contact lenses which can make you look like you never blink.

It seems that a few companies are now starting to produce Extra-Wide Contact Lenses which give you that deer-caught-in-the-headlights wide irised look. Ranging from prices between $30-$50 a pair, depending on the company you purchase from, cosplay was never this realistic.

$21,000 Wheel Speakers!

Yes, this $21,000 wheel-like speakers will blow you off as I would never pay that much for speakers.

Unless they mass-produce this and bring the price down around $210 not $21K, it will remain in the hands of uber-rich snobs who rather throw away money on gadgets like this.

Designed by Ron Arad and Frances Pellisari for Austria’s Viteo, the Freewheeler produces high quality stereo sound indoors or out. The speaker measures in at about 22.8″ tall x 9.8″ wide, making it just about the same diameter as the tires on a Mazda MX-5 Miata (and
