Eco DIY – How to Make a Laptop Stand with your Shipping Box!

When I buy new laptops, I usually save the box for the future but here’s how to make a laptop stand with it if you must.

Did I mention it’s super easy to make?  I originally found this idea at Thingiverse.com, where Erik Skiff whipped up a pretty cool acrylic stand.  I didn’t have any acrylic and more importantly I didn’t have a lazer cutter make the cuts, so I did it on cardboard.  I modified the design a little so the pattern would fit on a regular letter sized sheet of paper.

Foam Car built by a Lithuanian!

A Lithuanian builds a car from scratch using polyurethane foam.  It’s an amazing work of an art.  Perhaps he did it because foam weighs less than other meterials?

The car is probably not your daily driver but still, with the 30″ chrome wheels, you can at least look good in it.
