This morning I woke up and didn’t know it was St. Patrick’s day until I went to the beach and found some people drinking on the beach… Darn, I missed my Irish lunch at the bar.  I will have to wait another year…

Well, I am really inclined to build this one myself, it really works out your lower body and increases your ability to balance yourself.
