My Canon 7D DSLR Camera Order at Amazon Today!

Yes, today, I finally got the guts to charge some money on my credit cards to buy a whole bunch of DSLR gadgets, mainly for use at CES 2010, I really need it as I can’t compete against other tech bloggers unless I have the right tools at the show.  (And yes, you can expect some high, quality HD Youtube videos and pics from Zedomax.com when January hits.  I’ve also invested a bunch of money on a week of airfare, hotel, and whatnot.  Btw, I am going on Virgin airlines, get WiF

RC WiFi Spy Robots!

Currently, there’s probably these two RC Wifi spy robots which might works the best for securing your home or even great as kid’s toys to beat house boredom.

Amazon Hack – Kindle 2 Hacked to Run Ubuntu Linux!

It looks like Jesse Vincent has hacked an Amazon Kindle 2 to run a custom version of Ubuntu Linux! Well, the Kindle 2 does run on ARM, there’s a lot of linux software out there that’s running on ARM including the Palm Pre but this is pretty amazing indeed.

I could not find any further details on how to accomplish this but I can say one thing, if you can make use of Kindle 2’s EDVO connection, you might just have hacked a “free” per-say, linux computer that uses very little energy. 🙂

Waterproof USB Flash Drive 8GB!

For those of you who like to swim or simply like being in water, you might be happy to learn that there’s a waterproof USB flash drive with 8 gigabytes of memory and according to one review:

Mobile DIY – How to Boost Cellphone Signals in Your Car!

I just lost my Palm Pre USB cable and ended up spending $100 that I didn’t need to.  I guess the retail stores STILL don’t sell the Palm Pre USB cables, what a bummer.
