Remember we told you about LG’s flexible newspaper that is like an Amazon Kindle that is flexible and also size of a real newspaper?  Well, LG is going into production with these futuristic e-readers and with color!

Samsung Fascinate Launch Date?

It seems like it won’t be too long before Samsung Fascinate will be launched in early September as our sources indicate that Verizon is already stocking the new Samsung Fascinate Android smartphones in their warehouses while MTV Awards (which will be held on September 12th) will be sponsored by Samsung Fascinate and Verizon Wireless.

This all means that we can expect a similar launch to the Droid 2, which was pretty low profile and for those of you who have been waiting eagerly for your new Samsung Fascinate, you might just get it in the next week or two.

Yippty yo, only after a little than a week after Droid 2 launched, devs have been able to figure out how to root the Droid 2.

What does this give you?

All the super-permission you want so you can get free wifi tethering, delete apps you don’t want permanently, and of course we should soon see some custom ROMs we can install.
