For those of you who sell cables such as Cat5 cables on eBay, and you want to automate the process of cutting the wires you bought on wholesale, you might want to refer to this guy’s DIY wire cutter which does exactly that, allowing you to go hit buckets of balls while the machine does the work for you.
Pretty cool idea, now you can have a full-blown wire selling business on eBay with just 2 employees, you and the machine.

I have a personal friend who has paralysis since he was 18. Being around such a person makes me feel like I am so lucky to have both of my legs and I have always wished there was technology to help my friend walk again.
Well, it seems like paralysis isn’t going to be permanent in the near future, a New Zealand inventor has invented robotic exo-skeleton that can allow people with paralysis to walk again.

If you’ve worked in a warehouse before (like I have), you will appreciate having at least a forklift to do the work for you but even better than that would be having these warehouse robots from Kiva Systems.
One thing missing though that I’d like added to this terrific warehouse robot system is ability to use it with higher racks to take advantage of high ceiling walls of a warehouse. Otherwise, you might actually lose space while implementing

Yup, Google’s master plan for Google Android has been revealed this week, they’ve just launched a new Android robot that can be programmed via your computer to do cool tricks and sell more Android smartphones like hotcakes.

Hey, it’s NBA Finals tonight when we might see a new NBA Champions (Celtics?), and of course, we have this awesome DIY NXT Basketball Robot that can dunk (sorta).
It’s probably not too far away that one day robots will have their own NRBA (National Robots Basketball Association). Until then, let’s enjoy watching the early creations of basketball robots such as this one.
