SimbolRides Ranger9 Gaming Arcade Chair for Home Use!

SimbolRides was showing off their Ranger9 gaming arcade chair at Maker Faire, it seems like this could definitely be on my priority list of future gadgets purchases.

DIY RollerSkating Robot!

I saw this guy on his really cool DIY rollerskating robot couple times, he was going too fast for me to take a video but an awesome transportation device indeed.  Brilliant!

Believe it or not, this thing goes pretty fast.

I also spotted these awesome, ancient-looking DIY drum robots playing music at the Maker Faire this year.  Well,I forget what the real name for these are, if you know what they are, please let me know so I can update this blog post with credits to the maker.

PetBots – DIY Drawing Robots for Art!

At Maker Faire this year, there was a TON of stuff see, perhaps too much for my naked eye.  Anyways, one of the gadgets that caught my eye were these DIY drawing robots.   When you need to draw a lot of circles, these will surely help.

Etymotic Research ER6i Earbud Review!

I just got these Etymotic Research ER6i earbuds (or earbutts should I say?) in the mail, I have to say these are the “worst” earbuds I have tried.  I don’t know what’s up with the reviews on Amazon or even CNet, those people must have not tried other earbuds on the market that are cheaper.

The triple-flange buds FAIL big time because it doesn’t isolate noise plus quality

Shure E2C Earbuds Review!

I also ordered these Shure E2C earbuds, which feature high-energy drives.   At $69, I don’t see the value in these earbuds and there’s like zero bass out of these.  Even if you are not a bass-head, you can’t expect to get great sound out of these with zero bass.   I listened on these for an hour and it felt like listening to a cat screeching the windows, my ears hurt after that.
