Food Hack – How to Make your Own Potato Chips!

To make your own potato chips, you can simply cut up potatoes into small slices, then fry the whole thing until it’s crispy.  Of course, add some vinegar and sea salt and you will get my favorite potato chips.

For making this process healthier and easier, there’s a potato slicing gadget and a tray that will let you “microwave” the chips without using any oil.  How wonderful is that?

You can get the potato chip gadget for $14.00 at Gadget4All.

Cast Iron Skillet Review!

For the most healthy, home-cooked meals, you might want to consider getting a real cast-iron skillet as I have been using one for about a year now.  The best part about cast-iron skillets is that they can handle high-heat, perfect for pre-cooking steaks before you put them in the oven.

As for health point-of-view, the iron-skillets might give off little scraps of iron that is actually great for your human body, unlike DuPont-coated non-iron skillets that can cause cancer among other things if that coat gets scraped off somehow.

One thing you have to be careful is to not use a

Best Portable Camcorder – Flip Mino HD Review!

After having months of using my Aiptek 1080P HD camera, I’ve decided that I finally had enough of the bad microphone, bad zoom, MOV files only, and bad night filming so I bought the Flip Mino HD.  (Btw, Aiptek and MinoHD are about the same prices, highly recommend MinoHD over Aiptek, don’t waste your money on Aiptek, it sucks!)

Kitchen DIY – How to Turn Your Kitchen Utensils into a Giant Swiss Knife!

LMAO, here’s an awesome kitchen Swiss Army Cutlery Holder that will turn your kitchen utensils into a nice-lookin’, giant swiss knife! – Awesome!

The Swissarmius does both. Based on the Victorinox classic, the Swissarmius is a kitchen utensil holder which presents tools as if they were folded from a pocket knife. The four sections not only keep things arranged in a more Swiss-army like fashion, they spread things out so when you grab, say, the tongs, you don’t drag out the scissors an

Motorcycle Hack – How to Make a Motorcycle Control Panel!

I am not really sure what the point of gathering data on a motorcycle would be for, (as I rather just go really fast) but you can surely make one of these motorcycle control panel from Arduino and gather data for fine-tuning your motorcycle.

Hey, I’m really pleased with how this is going.  This is still a prototype but it’s functionally complete and works very well.  It’s messy because I hacked up a generalized arduino proto-shield to mount it but there’s really not a lot to the hardwa
