Recycled DIY Art using Old Skateboards!

Skateboards are probably one of the toughest built sports gear out there (and probably the reason why skaters like to throw them up in the air for no reason).  Haroshi, a skateboarder and artist in Japan, has devised a way to make some great art using old skateboards.  I would have to say these are indeed works of art, definitely check it out here.

DIY Hybrid Motorcycle Gets 214MPG going 55MPH! [Eco]

As an avid motorcyclist, I don’t really worry about my gas too much as it gets as much as or better than most hybrid cars at 55MPG+, but this inventor decided to make motorcycles even more efficient by focusing on aero-dynamics.  Based on his studies, 90% of drag at 55MPH is caused by air, not your wheels.  So the above design was born, which gets 214MPG going 55MPH!

Now, I don’t see how I could ride that thing and look cool but I guess the point is about going far here.  T

HydroFill – Water-to-Hydrogen Converter! [CES Withdrawls]

Here’s something I missed at CES 2010 but gladly this could be the invention of the decade, a water-to-hydrogen converter. Not only does it convert water to hydrogen, it stores the hydrogen efficiently in solid matter.
