Jewel Buds – Stylish Earbuds for Women!

At CES 2010, I did try to cover stuff that others didn’t cover and these stylish earbuds from JewelBuds.com is one of them.  The Jewel Buds feature “necklace” look to them and can be great both as earbuds and stylish accessory to your overall outfit without looking out of fashion.

I did get a sample (Thanks Elizabeth for that!) for my girfriend but I will have an updated video review of how well they fair against my collection of earbuds.

JH 13 Pro Review!

CNet’s Steve Guttenburg has just posted a hands-on review of the custom-fitted JH 13 Pro.  As an earbud addict who reviews (cheaper) earbuds consistently, this is good to know that the JH 13 Pro comes with 6 drivers consisting of 2  woofers, 2  midranges, and 2 tweeters.  That’s awful a lot of sound in an earbud if you ask me.

I probably won’t get one as I don’t think it’s worth the $1000+ price tag but perhaps some of you out there might be willing to cash out for some of

Best “Value” Earbuds – Sennheiser CX300 Earbud Review!

Well, you know I am an earbud-addict when it comes to listening to music 24/7.  Recently, during my CJU 2009 trip to Santa Barbara, I lost my Sony Walkman MP3 AND my Sony MDR-EX75 earbuds.

I did however, order another set of Sony MDR-EX75 earbuds and also ordered a $14 Sennheiser CX300 earbuds.

Headphone Hack – How to Make Simple Desktop Computer Wireless Headphones!

Here’s a real simple desktop computer wireless headphone you can make using a JVC wireless headphones instead of buying those $200-300 bluetooth headphones.

Did you know that there’s plenty of 12V and 5V DC lines you can use off your desktop computer to power a whole bunch of devices?  Well, this is a great example of that.

After [Parker] found an old set of JVC 900 Mhz wireless headphones (and a generic 900MHz transmitter), he cracked open the case to see w

Motion Sensing DIY Headphones!

Here’s a cool set of DIY headphones that allow you to control your iPhone volume and whatnot through its motion-sensing circuitry.  I find that this is a really awesome headphones for headbanging bloggers like me who are too lazy to use my hands as they are tied up with my mouse most of the day.

The ’tiltphones’ are a motion-sensitive iPod remote control. Electronics built into some over-ear headphones pick up what way your head is tilting and sends commands to your iPod accordingly.

Best Earbud Review – Sony MDR-Ex75 Hands-On Review!

Honestly, I have to admit I don’t give hands-on review of every cool gadget since I physically can’t try EVERYTHING. (well, maybe in the future)

But for earbuds, I have tried many different brands and I know which one gives you bang for your dollar.

The perfect earbud that I am looking for and have found  will not break easily and provide high quality treble and bass for my listening pleasures, even when I am going to sleep.

You might remember the post I did on Best Earbud Review couple month

video://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TjnP4_fNY80

Here’s a nice video tutorial that shows you how to replace the default earphones that comes with iPod Shuffle with earbuds of your choice while maintaining the controls. I think this is sorta over-doing stuff here, Apple should provide better earphones. (or earbuds is it?)

3rd Party iPod Headphones will require Apple Authentication Chip!

Are you kidding me?  I just did a complete review of the new Apple In-ear Headphones and how they do NOT work on most iPods and Apple wants to make money off other companies making volume/mic function for their headphones.  I know it’s a recession, but this is going WAY too far, knock it off Apple, you need to do the opposite in these hard financial times.

Oh god, please no, Apple already has made enough money selling songs, let’s not forget that

My Apple Feedback on Apple In-Ear Headphones

Well, I just returned my Apple In-Ear Headphones to the Apple Store mainly due to the fact that there’s not enough bass compared to my cheaper $30 Sony MDr-Ex earbuds.

Apple sent me if I wanted to give them feedback so I did and here’s what I wrote to them just now: (I hope Steve Jobs reads this and makes the new headphones better with more bass and people don’t really need all that Volume/Mic stuff, it only works on the new iPods anyways.  Maybe th

(Apple In-ear Headphones Earbud & Earbud case)

Yes, as promised before in my Apple In-ear Earphones review, I got hands on the new in-ear headphones today.

The very first thing I noticed are the nice cases for earbuds and the headphones themselves.  (I bet I just paid half of the money for that!)

(Apple In-ear Head
