Matthew James New Bionic Hand! [MUST SEE]

Until geneticists figure out how to fully grow a severed hand, we will still have to rely on technologies like electrodes that sense a person’s muscle patterns to control a bionic hand. Which is exactly what this Formula 1 racing fan received and with his new hand, Matthew James can do more things with it than he ever has with his older prosthetic hand.

DIY Heart Pulsing Pendant!

Is my heart still beating?  Build yourself a DIY heart pulsing pendant that shows you exactly when your heart beats via its LED lights.

I think they can make this even more advanced if it can display the actual heart beats per minute.  That might be a helluva heart attack-sensing device.

While reading through Charles Platt’s excellent book Make: Electronics, I came across this nice little circuit for making a gentle pulsing LED. I built it for fun, and was struck by the “humanness” of the pulse, but couldn’t figure out what to do with it. Later I found a hear

Here’s an interesting new method (that actually works) to fix burned skin with skin gun that sprays your skin and new skin is formed in matter of hours, not weeks. I think this could well be the future of burned victims. And no more skin grafting! I wonder if they could do this for people’s hair.

Sex Ed 101 – How to Avoid Pregnancy if You Have Unprotected Sex!

This is for guys who happen to have unprotected sex for some reason although I don’t recommend that unless you are trying to get your girl pregnant.

I don’t know why they don’t have a BIG POSTER for guys at the drug stores but this is a really simple fact.

There’s these pills called Plan B pills you can order on Amazon or at your local drug store, basically if your girl (who you had unprotected sex with) takes it within 3 days of intercourse, it will minimize the chances of pregna

How to Lower Cholesterol and Chances of Heart Attack with Natto!

For those of you who want to seriously lower your cholesterol and chances of heart attack, let me give you my personal suggestion, try eating some natto everyday.

Natto is Japanese fermented beans that can be eaten with rice.  For people new to it, you might actually not like the taste but once you acquire a taste for it, you will love it.

My dad used to be a foreign exchange student in Japan in the early 70s and he’s been eating natto for as long as I can remember
