Breakfast Hack – How to Make Bacon Pancakes!

I know breakfast can become very dull and repetitive if you eat the same thing all the time but here’s something that looks (or at least sounds) very delicious, bacon pancakes!

To make this, just start cooking bacon first, after it’s almost cooked, start pouring on the pancake batter.  Duh!

Fish Hack – How to Fillet a Fish!

Back in September 2006, I took a charted boat out from the San Francisco and caught a ton of fish about 30 miles out in the ocean. Of course, I took a video of the fisherman showing me how to fillet a fish.

The funny thing is, I uploaded this video and today I found out there’s over 30,000 views on it!

For months, I used to go to Thai restaurants and enjoyed eating beef and other salads.  Well, one of my friends run an authentic Thai restaurant right here in Bay Area, I asked him to teach me his “restaurant recipe” for Thai hot sauce.

DIY Beer Glass Etching!

For those of you who want to make your own custom beer glasses, etched with your company’s logo perhaps, check out this forum post where the instructions are illustrated in pretty understandable manner.

Garden DIY – How to Grow Asparagus!

Asparagus is probably one of my favorite vegetables, I like it steamed and goes great with my medium-rare steaks/trip-tips.  I guess you can actually grow Asparagus in your home? (But it takes 2 years before the plant even starts giving off stuff you can eat.)  If you are patient and have some time to kill, this could be a great way to grow your own asparagus.
