Google’s secret to keeping their employees happy?  Not outrageously higher-than-normal salaries, baby care/pet care center but their secret “pods” which allow Googlers to relax and enjoy some time off work.

Mattress DIY – How to Make a Circle Memory Foam Mattress!

For those of you who are about to throw away your old memory foam mattress, don’t as there’s ways to salvage it and re-make it into a custom-fit circle mattress or even a custom sofa.

In this Instructable I’ll show you how I made my foam mattress round from one side, and also made the support it had underneath match the mattress. I don’t know how to modify a normal bed frame to match a custom mattress, my bed support comes from a construction site’s lifting pallets.
