Thai Food Hack – How to Make Restaurant Style Thai Spicy/Sweet Hot Sauce!

For months, I used to go to Thai restaurants and enjoyed eating beef and other salads.  Well, one of my friends run an authentic Thai restaurant right here in Bay Area, I asked him to teach me his “restaurant recipe” for Thai hot sauce.

This Thai hot sauce is sweet and spicy, goes very well as steak sauce or on top of any fish.

I’ve been actually mastering the art of making this very Thai hot sauce for the last 6 months or so and am glad to tell you how to make the “secret” Thai restaurant-style hot sauce.

I am not a PC, I am not a Mac, and I am definitely not Linux!

You know what I hate about media and companies that try to “force” you to side with them?

Exactly that, I am tired of Apple putting on “I am a Mac” ads and Microsoft putting on “I am a PC”.  And you know what, the bottom line is, I am neither nor am I a “Linux”.

Simply put it, I am just “Zedomax”, someone who is free to choose whatever the heck they want to use, anytime and anywhere.

GIANT Tesla Coils at Maker Faire!

Probably the best part about Maker Faire was Arc Attack’s GIANT tesla coils. I didn’t have chance to film the whole thing but above is just a bit of what happened in 1080P HD.

There’s actually a guy in the middle if you look carefully inside some kind of “safe” box, I guess it’s pretty safe to be in there other than the high voltage just screaming about everywhere else.

SimbolRides was showing off their Ranger9 gaming arcade chair at Maker Faire, it seems like this could definitely be on my priority list of future gadgets purchases.

Maker Faire This Weekend!
