MikFroyo ROM v4.4 for HTC Evo 4G!

Check out this latest MikFroyo ROM v4.4 for HTC Evo 4G, I am personally using this one over other ROMs because it’s the best for Evo 4G (in my opinion). Of course, Gingerbread isn’t too far away, watch out for MikGingerbread ROM coming soon too.

Here’s an updated version of how to root HTC Evo 4G with Android 2.2 and latest OTA updates.

This is an updated method on how to root your HTC Evo 4G (as of 01/19/2011). The previous method was for Android 2.1 and there has been a lot of changes but this method should work for all the new HTC Evo 4G phones and the old ones with the latest OTA updates.

Android Hack – How to Make a Custom HTC Evo 4G Wiimote Gaming Controller!

Here’s a great way to enjoy games on your HTC Evo 4G, hook it up to a Wii Wheel!  Should be also easy to do on other Android smartphones such as the Droid X or Samsung Vibrant.

Short List of what my procedure was: 1. unscrew top screws 2. cut to fit Evo landscape 3. put plastic on for fitment before glue. 4. applied glue to plastic, then glued to the wheel. Waited to dry.

So I am always looking for ways to be crafty, and after CM6 was released, I needed a way to play my NBA Jam, NBA Hangtime, Megaman, etc. with a wiimote.
