At CES 2011, Verizon and HTC unveiled their first, ever 4G LTE-enabled smartphone, the HTC Thunderbolt!
Of course, with all the new dual-core processor Android smartphones coming out later this year, the HTC Thunderbolt lacks in processing power but certainly, it’s the probably one of the fastest 4G phones you can buy right now and the only 4G-enabled phone on Verizon.
That’s probably the highlight of this 4.3-inch phone, that you can do much more with Verizon’s new 4G LTE network.
I would probably wait around until some of the Tegra 2 dual-core processor-equipped phones hit the market later this year but if you can’t wait 6 months, HTC Thunderbolt is the best/fastest smartphone you can get right now on Verizon.
HTC Thunderbolt Specs
The HTC Thunderbolt comes with a Qualcomm MSM8655 1Ghz processor, 768MB RAM, 8GB internal storage, 32GB pre-installed SD card, Android 2.2, 720P HD video recording, and HTC Sense UI.

I’m waiting for this phone to come out. This review has answered a lot of my questions.
Do you know about the release date or battery life?
Thanks!
