For those of you who want the biggest and the baddest, Sony makes the 70-inch 1080P HDTV, the Sony Bravia XBR KDL-70XBR7.
Price on this 70-inch beast is $19,999.99 on Amazon. It certainly ain’t cheap but having this world’s largest TV (that you can buy right now) will make your friends’ jaw drop. (and might make you more friends too)
This Sony 70-inch Bravia HDTV weighs a ton also at 160 pounds and comes loaded with a ton of features like DLNA support, full 1080P 16:9 display, 4 HDMI inputs, SRS Surround Sound, and also PC input that allows you to easily connect your computer to the HDTV.
The recommended viewing distance for this 70-inch HDTV is at least 20-feet, so if you have a big, long room, this could work really well. Of course, don’t even think about it for anything shorter as you might get pixel-eyed due to its super large screen.
Of course, Panasonic also introduced 150-inch HDTV couple years back but it won’t be until couple years later that consumers can actually buy one without paying a ridiculous price for it.
