HTC’s Droid Eris Return Rate – 35 Times Lower than iPhone 4!

In Apple’s press conference the other day, Steve Jobs compared the iPhone 4’s antenna reception problems to HTC’s Droid Eris, saying that antenna reception problems happen to some of other smartphones too and that iPhone 4’s return rate is only 0.55%.

Apparently, that return rate is actually 35 times higher than HTC’s Droid Eris, which is at 0.016%.

Perhaps Apple and Jobs should stick to making their products better instead of blaming it on the whole smartphone industry?

Approximately .016% of customers,” Eric Lin, the company’s global PR and online community manager exclusively revealed to us before adding that “we have had very few complaints about signal or antenna problems on the Eris.
