FusionGarage Sued Into Abysmal Misery by TechCrunch!

Check out the lawsuit against FusionGarage by TechCrunch, I think this is definitely going to be a lot of fun to watch how it ends.

According to Michael Arrington, the lawsuit is mainly for:

The causes of action include Fraud and Deceit, Misappropriation of Business Ideas, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Unfair Competitition and Violations of the Lanham Act.

I have to say FusionGarage is probably the dumbest people on the planet, shooting their own blogger benefector Michael Arrington.  There’s a saying in martial arts that you use the enemy’s power to defeat them or even turn your enemies into allies.

In this case, FusionGarage has done exactly the opposite, they’ve turned a great ally into an enemy for life (and also many others online) plus they’ve basically put some poop all over their company’s logo.  Well, literally, that’s how I see it.

The point is, it doesn’t matter whether FusionGarage is right or wrong here about their decisions but the fact remains FusionGarage isn’t something positive we can associate to anymore, nevermind buy anything from them.

Well, I hope the investors and CEO of FusionGarage learns their lesson, time always heals itself.
