Rain season is upon our way (or has arrived for most of you) and here’s how to make a rain skirt so you can still look beautiful while being protected from the rain.  Of course, this is great for the ladies and perhaps you are a man but enjoy styles like Marc Jacobs.  I don’t think it’s wrong for men to wear skirts, the Scottish did it long before everyone else dido and perhaps a lot of older Asian traditional clothing for men could be seen as “skirts”.  Today’s world focuses too much on defining what is for “women” and “men”, I think that’s thinking too much inside the box.  Open your mind.
