I have to admit the best baguettes are the ones I tasted while visiting France, I am sure it won’t taste the same but here’s how to make traditional baguettes by hand.  I will have to try this real soon.

This instructable will walk you through making two loaves of baguette bread. Following the French tradition, measurements for flour and water are by weight. Because there can be a huge variance when using measuring cups, I’ve found this method the most successful.

I often see that babies and toddlers love to play with dogs, even if they are toys.  These dirty dogs will squirt black “dirt” in cold water while the dirt will turn clear in warm water.

New Samsung HD Camcorder SMX-C14!

Samsung releases their new HD camcorder SMX-C14 and SMX-C10, both HD camcorders come with 16GB of internal memory plus SD card slots for expansion.   I’ve seen a big array of great HD cameras lately, but I don’t think none of them are as great as far as price and function are concerned.  These HD cams are only available in South Korea right now, I might have to fly over there to pick one up next week.
