I had a very short flirtation with the Dragonball shows back in 7th grade and maybe into early high school. I was never super into it, but I thought it was pretty cool. Were any of you guys fans? And if so, does this movie look like the worst thing ever in the history of video game/cartoon live-action movies?
I think it looks pretty bad. Pretty. Pretty bad.

I enjoyed the cartoon very much when I was 12 or so and I have to say this movie looks like crap. Even if it wasn’t based on Dragonball it would have been mediocre at best (from what we can see in the trailer) … but wasting a great anime to fuel a movie like this is just wrong.
