Yes it does work, but it is expensive because it is new and innovative. There is a new improved version expected soon, which is less expensive for doctors to use so the cost of cellulite treatments should go down. The company is excellent. I expect more great advances from them.
Hmm…. can you send us a sample? We’d like to test it and put a review. Well, if it’s over $10,000, I guess we are really asking for it…
As a user, I’m rather disappointed with velasmooth. After 5 treatments on my thigh, I only see slight improvement in cellulite. Given the price per session is rather high I would not recommend it. Also, as the machine heat up, I feel burning sensation esp on more sensitive part of the inner thigh or where skin is not firm. Hence during treatment I can’t relax at all, unlike what the advertisement claim as being painless….

Vela Smooth is now one out of a million celulite treatments. Used with mesotherapy or other celulite treatments is a sure winner.

There’s a new machine now – the Accent XL – seems to be popular. Although VelaSmooth is approved by the FDA.
