My mom has told me of stories about how to make tofu starting with soy beans when I used to be a kid.
It’s really interesting how it’s mass-manufactured at the factory. Although this tofu on the video does not look good (speaking from years of eating tofu experience), it’s good to actually see it being made. By the way, this video is wasting a lot of the by-products which can also be other good soy food such as soy bean paste, soy sauce, and lots of good stuff for your heart. (Yes, it’s been medically proven that eating soy products can reduce your cholestrol and help your heart~)
