How to Write a Blog Post with Video on Wordpress

Here's how to write a blog post with video.
1) Please click on "Write".
2) You will see the following screen, type content like such:
For SEO, please name any DIY/HOWTO videos with "DIY" or "XXX DIY" where XXX can be a category of that HOWTO video.
Please capitalize most of the title names. (This will make them stand out in search results.)
Also, please retitle the title slightly differently.
(e.g. "How to Make a Minidart Gun" to "Gun DIY - How to Make a Blowdart Gun!")
OR
(e.g. "How to Make Sushi" to "How to Make Sushi Rolls")
OR
(e.g. "How to Make a Classic Watch" to "How to Build a Classic Watch")
So long as the title is slightly different, it will be better for SEO.
For YouTube videos, you can simply replace "video" with "http" of the actual youtube URL:
video://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mqbxlxpYlPY
- Please note, you need www.youtube.com, not youtube.com or youtube.co.uk in order for this to work.
For MetaCafe videos, you can also do the same, something like:
video://www.metacafe.com/watch/2387833/maradona_vs_pele/
This will resize the video automatically to 690x420 pixels, which is optimal for viewing on Zedomax.com and about 640x400 on Bedzine.com.
You can also "embed" the code from any video sites like this:
For YouTube, you can simply embed the Youtube embed code. (Make sure you are on "HTML" tab, not "Visual")

3) You will need to blockquote the 2-3 sentences, so please select those sentences and press on the blockquote icon.
4) Then you will need to link "via wonderhowto" to the actual video URL on wonderhowto.com.
4) You can enter the wonderhowto url here:
5) Scroll to the bottom, you will need to select as many relevant categories.
6) Now you need to click on "Yahoo" to get tag suggestions from Yahoo.
Click on all or just relevant tags that show up. If it doesn't show up, try clicking "Yahoo" button again.
7) Now, you can press "edit" as shown below to edit the time for publishing.
8) Please edit the time so each post is at least 1 hour apart. (This way, other bloggers can insert posts in between your hour intervals if needed)
9) That's it and you can do it over and over.
