Here’s some news you should consider before updating your iPhone. Apparently, you can end up with a bricked iPhone, meaning your iPhone will be useless.

I don’t know if this voids the warranty or whatnot but be careful before updating your iPhone.

A software update has, as promised, made hacked iPhones useless — “bricked” them, in the modern parlance. Worse yet, the new software has bricked some unmodified iPhones as well. And people are outraged. These are, of course, by and large the same saps who overpaid by $200 to buy their iPhones in June. And you know what? They’re getting what they deserve.

Looks like you can win $5000 for first place at the Game and Game World Championships 2007. Just don’t end up lookin’ like this guy. I know there are other tournaments you can win a lot more money… Then again, these guys get paid like at least 6 figures from their sponsors such as Samsung and all those cellphone companies in Korea. I envy these guys who can play games for a living and they are not even 20 yet…

This year’s competition will begin with European preliminary round started in August, followed by America and East Pacific Asia in September, and Japan in October. The final winners of each country will be selected to participate in the grand final held on December 1st in Seoul, Korea, and digital camera, MP3 player, and DVD player are provided to 2nd, 3rd winners of each regional match. Furthermore, the 1st place of the grand final will be awarded 5,000(USD), and 3,000(USD) for the 2nd place, and 1,000(USD) for the 3rd place. In addition, Korean tour program is prepared during this grand final period too, KIPA said.

Hey! We are 1 years old now! (Well, yesterday was the birthdate, August 14th but I got too drunk with some MGDs and I had a hangover from the night before so don’t blame me) You see that little blip we had couple weeks ago? Yeah, our site was down and yes I was too drunk. (haha, I was just kiddin’, I just forgot to pay bills)

Anyway, we did reach more than 1 million unique visitors over 1 year so that is good…

Well, I am going to start drinking more and blogging more along with our good friend David from UK. I just moved to a ocean-view apartment on 12th floor of Sunset district in San Francisco. (I HAD to say that… well don’t worry I’ve got about 20K in debt so… I really need to attend the “bad-spending-habit” class if there is one…)

Anyway, we want to thank ALL our friends!!!

P.S. Hopefully, next year, we have reached 10 million visitors!!! (Then I can goto Hawaii and blog from the beach for sure…)
