Protective Bubble for your car!

Posted in Auto, Consumer, Gadgets by max on the January 15th, 2008 at 8:21 pm

Protective Bubble for your car!

Wow, this protective bubble will change the way you park forever!

Maybe they can make it bigger and we can even host a party inside the bubble.

The capsule itself is made of super-tough, 10 mil PVC that’s not only anti-static and flame retardant, but is also impervious to oil, gas and antifreeze. Once you lay the base out on the floor, you simply park your vehicle on top and then zip the clear vinyl dome all around it. A built-in fan then inflates the dome, keeping it from touching the vehicle. Once it’s inflated though, the fan keeps running to constantly circulate the filtered air inside and keep the car smelling fresh while it’s in storage.

The CarCapsule is available from the AutoSport Catalog and ranges in price from $269 for an 8-foot version, to $419 for a 22-foot version.

Cool stuff… I think it’s dope dude.

Apple always, but seriously, always make a good ad. Even if it’s Christmas ad. There ads are almost every time only 30 seconds long, but they have this message inside of them. Really remarkable! Please take a look and tell us what you think about new MacBook Air ad!

SiteHoppin’ 10K Baby!

Posted in Cool by max on the January 11th, 2008 at 8:13 pm

Wow, this is simply something I’ve never done, make a website and then make it get over 10,000 UNIQUE VISITORS within 11 days.

Check this out:

SiteHoppin’ reaches 10K visitors!!!

Wow, we haven’t really hit 10K yet, but we got 9,991 and it’s still 10:01PM baby.

We are excited as hell like couple days ago when we reached 6,953! But, the day right after my birthday, my new site, SiteHoppin’ took off crazier than any sites I’ve ever made AND one of my best college buddies Billy Hendrix’s girlfriend, just had a boy baby this mornin’! Well, I am not gonna lie to you, my kid’s comin’ up next month, but THIS is really cool.

I wanna shout out to all the supporters out there expecially Studio Equipment, who has been always on top of what we do here at Zedomax.com.  Umm…it’s really hard finding great friends on the internet you can really trust but Studio Equipment is just the guy there to communicate with you on a personal level and you just “feel” that sorta thing.

Thanks again Studio Equipment, you’ve been helluva help to Zedomax and you added so much positive input, I can’t thank you more. :p

He’s always been helpin’ us to be more positive and keep workin’ hard to reach our goals, it’s a “feel” thing. Thanks dude, that means a lot whether that’s comin’ out from my heart, or I am just insanely crazy.

Without readers like Studio Equipment, Zedomax would be dead. Thanks a LOT!

How is SiteHoppin’ takin’ off help Zedomax? Well, first of all, you “control” the traffic on SiteHoppin’. That means, you can direct traffic to any website you want to including you own. Well, we’ve seen results so let’s just see how well it does for the next couple weeks.

P.S. Our target is to become as big as Google or even bigger. I know, they have a founder who graduated from Stanford and everythin’, but we have a core developer who can catch a golf ball 21 times. Lol…okay, if we can just reach 1% of Google, we’d probably be happy.

Still using the big old Google algorithm? Dump it and start using our own search engine based on “Beer” rankings. That’s right, you get to rate the sites with beers and also get fu()ked up during that time. Get your SiteHoppin’ goin’ here

P.S.2. We are expecting to reach above our maximum ranking on Alexa tomorrow so watch out! At least I can tell you I told you so if I am right about this…

UPDATE:

While I was writing this post, we reached 10,091 UNIQUE VISITORS!!! HOLY CRAP!

Alright thanks y’all for supporin’ SiteHooppin’. We are in a “drunkey” mood tonight and here to celebrate my birthday too, which was lasterday.

Let’s just hope our hacking continues and we keep risin’

Zedomax Traffic Overview 2008

Posted in Cool by max on the January 6th, 2008 at 2:27 pm

Zedomax Traffic Overview 2008

This is a little traffic overview so we know where the heck Zedomax will be next year… Well, it looks pretty good doesn’t it? Since last July or so, our traffic has been growing steadily and we have no idea how we did it. Well, one thing that might have helped is that we started blocking all trackbacks from splogs. Before July last year, I didn’t even know what a “splog” is but now I do… Anyways, we will actually be starting to do some real work instead of messing around all the time.

Here’s another tip for any bloggers that might help:

Try to post 30+ posts per day. The more posts you post, the more search terms you will get back from Google couple months down the road. Of course, you could do 1 post per day with details but I simply prefer to do “speed-blogging“, which is basically trying to find the best new tech stuff as fast as possible as post them as quickly as you can.

You see, what I’ve realized with Google is that they rank you higher if you are one of the first to talk about it. People talk about the algorithm but I think algorithm serves as foundation for Google but they have “hidden algorithms” you can predict only by experience.

Here’s the proof. When Google announced their Knol Project, I quickly made bunch of posts about it and Zedomax is still on the first page on Google for the term “Knol Project” AND “Knols Project‘. (Heck, I am even trying to sell knolproject.net back to Google for $100K! Not that they’d buy it but I figure I’d make some funny blog soon on it…)

I am not a SEO expert by any means other than I try to hack anything more than anyone else. Proof?

I tried to hack Digg couple years ago, the only way Digg could deal with me is to bann me but THAT was a lot of fun. But I did get to be the fastest Digger in the world which is awesome!

I did hack StumbleUpon couple years ago too, they didn’t ban me but my account is really really slow and it’s weird so I don’t use it anymore. The weird thing is, I don’t even use it anymore and I am ranked #4 for most pages stumbled out of those millions of people using it! (The true reason StumbleUpon didn’t ban me was because my hacks were actually boosting their web traffic! StumbleUpon has lots of loopholes for hackers but that’s why they grow because hackers promote their website!)

Now I got tired of hacking sites so I made a my own social networking site, SiteHoppin.com. I think I’ve learned enough from hacking other major sites so I am going to try to implement security measures used during those periods.

The greatest part about hacking another website is that you realize how to protect your own website. FBI probably hires more hackers to protect their data than kids out of college.

Technology can be so fragile these days. I remember fighting so many hackers that tried to do a group DoS (Denial of Service) attack from Poland and Korea. Those hackers are real good but too bad, they are not coming back anymore. (I enjoy fighting hackers, it’s really fun…)

Best Tech Blogs Tag Browsing with SiteHoppin’!

Posted in Consumer, SiteHoppin, Web by max on the January 6th, 2008 at 10:41 am

Hi all,

I’ve compiled a list of tech blogs I visit daily from the Zedomax Friend’s list. If you don’t update your blog daily, you were probably excluded from the list. (But you are always welcome to add yourself.)

You can simply check out the URL below and keep pressing on the “SiteHoppin” button to browse really really fast.

This is the “Best tech blogs” list on SiteHoppin. If your blog isn’t a blog or doesn’t talk about tech, we probably excluded you. (You can always go make your own lists too!)

http://sitehoppin.com/Special:Random?tags=Best-tech-blogs&mode=2

With the addition of SiteHoppin, I will be able to post more blog posts so watch out!

Today, I had the pleasure of driving to my sister’s business, Keetsa.com, an eco-friendly Mattress store. Anyways, since I don’t have an iPhone right now, I borrowed hers to see if you can browse new sites using SiteHoppin.com.

The result? Fantastic! SiteHoppin works perfectly with iPhone. You can now find new sites without typing or clicking much on your iPhone while you are in the bus, bart, airplane, or whereever!

Think about how much time you’d save if you didn’t have to type “zedomax” on Google to find this site. You’d be checking out new interesting sites in a flash!
