Super Vespa hit the streets

Posted in Auto, Consumer, Cool, Entertainment, Motor, Travel, Wireless by david on the August 9th, 2007 at 10:00 am

The modern vespa is slightly different to its original counterparts where they had hardly anything extra on them.

super vespa

But this one has got the latest hi tech upgrade, including this LCD screen, with touch screen display, and WiFi connectivity which will enable access to the internet whenever the owner wants, though it is not a great idea to be doing this while driving along.

I wonder what the insurance would be on this, I couldn’t imagine any theft being able to walk past it, without thinking about ripping the screen out of the bike.

Whatever your means of travel it is always great to know exactly where you are, the only real way to do this when there are no road signs, is by using s GPS device. But if you are walking or hiking space and weight are at a premium. This is where the Mainnav MW 705 GPS Watch can come in very useful.

Fly your own plane

Posted in Consumer, Cool, Funny, Gadgets, Travel by david on the July 18th, 2007 at 11:00 am

Have your ever wanted to fly your own plane? Well you can now but you will have to stick to your own airspace, that is your home or office if you really want wind people up.

palmz

This is a remote controlled plane, which makes it really great because you are able to just get the the plane in the air by hand and then the remote controll takes over, flying around until the battery runs down or you crash into something, which is probably going to happen first. But no need to worry about that, because the plane is constructed with EPP foam.

palmz

Please Note:

* Requires 6 x AA Batteries (not included)
* Charge time 10 minutes for a flying time of 5 minutes.

Dimensions:

* Palm Z - approximately 4.5cm (H) x 21cm (Wingspan) x 19cm (D)
* Remote control - approximately 8cm (H) x 12.5cm (W) x 3cm (D)

This plane will cost you around $40, amazing!

The bike of the future

Posted in Business, Consumer, Cool, Gadgets, Games, Travel by david on the July 10th, 2007 at 1:00 pm

Well maybe not, this could be the bike of the future or possibly the skate board. Because this Magic Wheel is sort of a cross between a hi tech skate board and a bike, but it is neither and that could be the problem with it.

This bike or unicycle could catch on with the young and the trendy, its black and red finish looks great and has that racing looked to it.

The magic wheel is ridden with one foot on the side pod bit, that acts like a foot plate, while your other foot pushes the magic wheel along, it is steered by a single wheel at the front, which looks a bit fragile and very similar to the ones that you see on a supermarket trolley.

magic wheel

Magic Wheel features:

Weight: 6.3 KG
Max Height: 29 inches
Wheel Dia: 26′ / 20mm
Rear direction wheel: 125mm x 25mm
Wheel used: Professional sports wheel
Frame: High quality reinforced ABS plastic
Color: Black & Red
90 days warranty, tool kit & user manual included
Rider Weight: Maximum 150 Kg

The price of the magic wheel is around $200
