Design - iSleep Pillow uses Laptop Vents to give you soft naps!

Posted in Consumer, Cool, Design, Educational, Entertainment, Gadgets, USB, health by max on the October 6th, 2008 at 3:10 pm

Here’s a fun design for a USB Pillow iSleep, it uses the Laptop fan vents to inflate itself.

This might be a good way to sleep on the job but then again, I rather stick to my Keetsa Eco-Friendly hybrid memory form/spring bed that gives me a real rest.

This painfull experience will now stop! Now there is i -sleep, a comfortable soft pillow which can be attached on the top of each leptop and functiones like a rescue west in an airplane - with the difference…it really saves us. If we tend to fall asleep, we just close our laptop, a pillow gets filled with warm air, music is being played and after 10 minutes the alarm clock rings. Bonne nuit!

AirBed & Breakfast Lets you Sleep Over at Someone’s House!

Posted in A+Featured Web, Consumer, Cool, Educational, Entertainment, home by max on the August 11th, 2008 at 4:03 pm

Here’s a great idea for beating hotel rates.  It’s a AirBed and Breakfast, meaning you get to stay at some random person’s home with your airbed.  Of course, you do take a great risk of finding a serial-killer’s home but if you are barely living it up, this might save you some good pocket change.

AirBed and Breakfast will definitely appeal to younger travelers, and conventioneers who can’t find a regular hotel room. In overbooked Denver, where 20,000 people will be descending for the Democratic National Convention, hotels are already sold out. More than 600 people have found alternative accommodations through AirBed and Breakfast, and 50 to 100 new listings appear every day. Prices range from $20 a night for an airbed to $3,000 for an entire house.

Kuchofuku - Air-Conditioned Bed!

Posted in Consumer, Cool, Design, Furniture, Gadgets, health by max on the June 25th, 2008 at 11:12 am

Kuchofuku - Air-Conditioned Bed!

Air conditioned bed?  This is something I have invented on paper before but to see it in real life, it’s great!

The air conditioned bed could be used for sports, especially for football or basketball where players can rest their backs and aching muscles during time outs or while benched out.

Now, after wearing your air-conditioned clothes, you can come home from a hot day and sleep peacefully on your air-conditioned bed from Kuchofuku. Using extremely quiet dual-fans at the foot of the bed, cool air is pulled in from behind your head and circulated through the soft membrane which also acts as an air-cushion to support you. Best of all, the bed uses extremely low power, costing only $.24 per month if used eight hours a day!

Remy Alarm Clock Blanket!

Posted in Alarm Clocks, Consumer, Cool, Design, Gadgets by max on the May 27th, 2008 at 8:00 pm

Remy Alarm Clock Blanket!

Here’s an interesting concept, an alarm clock that’s embedded in a blanket light up when it’s time for you to eat the worms. Of course, set that alarm early so you can eat all the worms.

Here is something that you may want to consider taking with you when you go to bed. Much of us want to know what goes on in bed when we sleep and while these may occur at times where we least note them to be, it would be best to have a handy device as the Remy Alarm Blanket which monitors your movements and alerts you as well.

This is a good device to use especially if you are the type who wants to monitor your sleep movements in bed.
