Well, I got the golf bug lately and had to go out and hit some knockdown shots.  Here’s how to hit a knockdown shot.

Well, as a home professional cook by night, I was amazed to see how to cut the onions like a pro. It’s definitely going to save some time for me tonight when I dice my onions for my secret steak recipe.

Cooking web site The Kitchn demonstrates how to dice an onion like a pro in the video above. It’s surprisingly simple, and when you’re done you’ll have a perfectly diced onion ready for the millions of recipes that might require it.

Here’s another cool instructable on how to make an NES remote!

This idea started when I saw someone on the web putting an iPod Shuffle into a NES controller. I thought it was was a great idea. Then I got the idea to do the same thing, but instead of an iPod Shuffle, I would use the Apple Remote.So, here it is !

Here’s a cool instructable on how to make your own banana bike.  Although I’d probably never recommend you ride one, it’d be fun to build one yourself.

Convert a small kid bike into a fun sporty looking silly riding adult bike.

Kids outgrow their bikes so fast but here is a way to put even the smallest 12″ wheel kid bike back into action as a cool-goofy adult bike.

Re-uses/repurposes old items from the dumpster:
small kid bike,
crutch,
old steel tube,
wood mop handle.

Wow, here’s a really creative way of making your own LED cubes!

The material used is Smooth-On brand “Clear Flex 95″. This is mainly sold as an industrial product, although smaller quantities (highly recommended! See below for why) may be availble from art supply houses. It comes in 2 separate jugs of syrupy liquid marked PART A and PART B, which are mixed together in a specific ratio by weight.
