How To Unlock a T-Mobile MDA/Cingular 8125
Well this is good news for T-Mobile users if they want to use a Cingular 8125.
Cool, just found a hack for unlocking your 8125 or MDA.
If you’ve got an T-Mobile MDA or a Cingular 8125 and are planning to switch from one GSM provider to the other, here’s a guide to unlocking your phone so you don’t have to buy a new one.
The short version of the instructions are: download the unlocking tool, run it, write down the SIM unlock code, insert the new SIM, and enter the code. We just did went through this process this morning on our T-Mobile MDA and it’s working great on Cingular’s network.

AirScooter II Ultralight Helicopter for 50Gs!
You gotta check out the supposedly $50,000 personal helicopter. It is now becoming more and
more practically for people to actually own a personal helicopter. The only thing is, it doesn’t look
like it’s too sturdy for any kind of bad wheather. Well, looks are not everything, maybe it will
perform under pressure. Hackedgadgets have some more cool pictures…
The AirScooter uses a dual coaxial rotor system that eliminates the need for complicated swash plates and greatly simplifies the aircraft’s controls (unlike a traditional helicopter, the AirScooter II uses motorcycle-style handlebars). The design also eliminates foot controls and the tail rotor. The company reports a maximum speed of 55 knots (approximately 60 mph, in keeping with ultralight regulations) and a 2-hour range from the 5 gallon tank. Power is provided by a 65 HP AeroTwin 4-stroke engine.
For those who like the concept of a coaxial rotorcraft but don’t have $50G to burn, the company also makes the AirScoot R/C coaxial rotor hobby model. The complete radio controlled package with 10 cell battery pack sells for $695.
Touchscreen Keypad Performance Test HTC 8125 vs. CuTOUCH CT1720
Well, I know I’ve been rambling about how sh#$@y my phone is but here’s a performance test between a 200 Mhz based mobile device and an 20Mhz based touchscreen controller.
Not exactly the best test for this but I figure I can get my word out about what you’d expect from a HTC 8125. But my HP PocketPC Jornada (I don’t think they make it anymore) does run on 200 Mhz and does way better than my HTC 8125. I just don’t understand how technology got worse as I got the Jornada almost 4 years ago…
Well I will keep my hopes up and maybe the HTC 8525 will solve all my cellphone problems.
Yes, if you are listening and you work for HTC, please do send me a sample of HTC 8525 phone, I spent way too much money on the 8125 to buy another HTC.
