(Thanks again David for the interview and your time!)
Etology.com offers a wide range of advertising/publisher’s programs including text ads, banners, thumbnails, and more. They offer a wide range of banner ads, which I liked since I need to be flexible when I am offering advertising on my blog.

The greatest feature about Etology.com is that they allow you to set your own prices for your ads.
For mine, I chose a 125×125 pixel ad, I haven’t put it on this blog yet, but I will do that later this week to test out the effectiveness and also conversion rate of Etology.com.
You can also set your ad to be sold at market prices, which is great since there’s a standard price for the advertisers.
For advertisers, it seems like you will have tough time finding the right site to advertise on as there are so many sites at Etology.com as shown in this screenshot of their marketplace:

But Etology.com does offer personal support so you don’t have to do the work and let the affiliate manager find good ones for you.
Another great thing about Etology.com is that they offer 5% commissions on any affiliates you refer. So you can make 5% of any advertising that your friends sell.
I will be trying out Etology.com for banner advertising on my blog later this week and also a breakdown of all affiliate programs will be given at the end of all AdTech 2008 reviews.
Zedomax AdTech 2008 Coverage - CX Digital Media CPA Affiliate Programs
VHi All,
This week we will be featuring review of affiliate programs from AdTech 2008 and try out 6 affiliate programs we hand pick and test them out over the next 2 months.
(AdTech is a tradeshow that covers the latest trends in online marketing, advertising, publishing, and social media.)
For the reviews, we actually went out and hand picked the smaller or less known affiliate companies among the bloggers, who provide better customer support while giving you better affiliate payouts.
We are also planning to gather about 200 bloggers over at Zedomax.Net to launch a big blog/affiliate network so stay tuned.
So far, we got about 50 bloggers so if you want to get in early, make sure to shoot us an e-mail at zedomax [at] gmail.com and benefit from our network traffic, SEO, and affiliate programs. (Basically in the long run, we will get better payouts from affiliate/advertising companies as a big network of blogs.)
At the end of all the video reviews, we will have a complete breakdown on who’s who of affiliate programs at AdTech 2008.
First up at bat is CX Digital Media.
Here’s a video interview with Winkie Lee, affiliate manager of CX Digital Media I met at the show:

CX Digital Media focuses on high payout CPA affiliate programs, 2% publisher referral commissions, and offer Net-15 terms. Basically, you can write blog posts about any products you like and make commission if someone signs up for the product. (CPA = Cost per Action)
I found they have pretty good products, here’s a screenshot on some of their offers:

Although I am not too keen on offers like Bingo and Poker, I do like offers like $28 for Wall Street Journal and $250 Gas Card, which can be both very useful for the readers of your blogs.
What I like about the dashboard after you sign up for CX Digital Media is that you have a 1-on-1 relationship with the Affiliate Manager. In my case, it’s Winkie Lee and I can IM her when I need help:

I really like this as I have tried other big companies like CJ.com, and they don’t have this type of personal support. Besides, CJ.com is already too competitive and the payouts are low unless you are making a lot of money already.
Here’s some free/discount offers you can take advantage of and also help me make some money:
$99 for 1 year of Wall-Street Journal
Free $250 Gas Card for a little survey
You can sign up for a CX Digital Media affiliate program here.
(Make sure to write, “Winkie Lee” under the Notes section so Winkie will be your affiliate manager.)
By signing up through me and also joining Zedomax Network, you will be able to take advantage of even higher payouts later down the road.
There’s also a $750 bonus for any affiliates who can generate more than $7500 within the first 30 days of signing up.
More great affiliate program reviews coming soon so stay tuned!
Quick Post Edit just launched! - How to Get Your Blog Posts Edited Quickly by Editing Professionals!
Hi All, I’ve been a little busy today doing over 15 video interviews with Affiliate/Publisher companies over at AdTech. I had to go to the hospital in the afternoon and also go over to my friend’s house to help them with their computer. Cheez, I am on my spare laptop that barely runs and has no sound because HP drivers don’t install…
Since I will have to hold the awesome video interviews from AdTech until tomorrow, here’s a quick post on QuickPostEdit.com, which was just launched. (and yes, I got to test it and hear about it first, thanks Josh for the quick find!)
Great News for Bloggers who don’t have time to go over their blog posts!
If you are like me and always want done things quickly and fast, then you will like the site QuickPostEdit.com.
QuickPostEdit has editors who will edit your blog posts and return them within the next 24 hours, although mine was returned withing 5 minutes! The editor caught some grammar errors and reworded a confusing sentence or two. I also had an incorrect word. I was happy to have my post improved because I want my blog to give off a good impression. I will definitely use QuickPostEdit in the near future,
especially for posts I think will get a higher readership.

I recommend you give QuickPostEdit a try. It only costs $2 for 500 words, so that was no big deal to me. I might not use the service every day, but probably a couple times a week when I am too busy to go over my posts. All you do is put in your name, email address and your post. Then you pay with Paypal, credit or debit card. I just used Paypal and really liked how fast everything worked, with no issues. I’ve been needing a site like this for a long time as sometimes I am always on the run like today.
Super Cheap and Am I the first Asian-born Redneck?
It’s super cheap for the quality of editing you get, especially if English is your second language like me. (Well, I do admit blogging a lot has actually improved both my writing and speaking. Most people can’t tell I am from Korea, they think I am the first Asian-born redneck. One of my best friend who saved my life once is actually a true redneck from deepest woods of Nor Cal.)
Video Interview at AdTech 2008 with John Chow - 18 Secrets about Blogging and the Internet

Click Here to View in Full Screen Mode
Hi All,
I was over at AdTech 2008 today in Moscone Center, San Francisco. Guess who I ran into? Well, it was kinda planned but at the last minute, I figured to get some advice from one of the world’s top blogger, John Chow, and share some of his secrets with you.
Since he was featured on Entrepreneur magazine couple months ago and he is making $30K+ per month from his blog, I figured I couldn’t lose by asking him couple questions. And of course, share all that great knowledge with you, my readers!
I mean I have read his blog and all, but I think I learned a lot more from asking the questions I had in mind than simply reading his blog. I had a lot of clutter that was kept in my mind cleared away, thanks John!
From what I’ve heard from him today, I think I can start turning this blog into a cash-cow from what is now $1000/month to hopefully around $10K/month by next year. (Hey, Zedomax.com is getting 4000-5000 uniques per day too, maybe it’s time I focused more on RSS instead of simply traffic.)
(If you haven’t subscribed to Zedomax.com via e-mail, do it now!)
