How to Geo-Map your Movies!

With Seero, I guess you can even geo-map your movies. It’s interesting as this movie is based on San Francisco streets and I know where they shot it.
It’d be way cool if all new movies came out with a PiP screen of Google Maps showing the location. (maybe one day when Google starts buying theaters…)
I’m a huge fan of ‘the king of cool’ and of all movie car-chase scenes. I thought it would be great to mashup famous chases with their GPS tracks. Keep in mind some of the chases cut from one place to another…so I tried to be as accurate as possible. Enjoy!
Online Service lets Blind Surf the Internet from any Computer!
Here’s a cool new service that lets blind people surf the internet from any computer. To use it, the person must be using a Windows PC and type the URL address of the website in order to get to it.
Provided that audio is working on the PC and there’s not internet connection problems, it should be a great solution. Well, it’s a website really.
New software, called WebAnywhere, launched today lets blind and visually impaired people surf the Web on the go. The tool developed at the University of Washington turns screen-reading into an Internet service that reads aloud Web text on any computer with speakers or headphone connections.
“This is for situations where someone who’s blind can’t use their own computer but still wants access to the Internet. At a museum, at a library, at a public kiosk, at a friend’s house, at the airport,” said Richard Ladner, a UW professor of computer science and engineering. The free program and both audio and video demonstrations are at http://webanywhere.cs.washington.edu.

Yo, here’s cake to celebrate your anniversary with internet dating cake, that is if you’ve met your lover online.
This couple decided to take the advent of their Internet-meeting and eventual wedding to the ultimate level by baking two laptop-shaped wedding cakes, attaching their profiles to the screens, and even connecting them together with a candy ethernet cable with hearts on the plugs. Firefox 3 Hack - How to Put a Back/Forward Button!
Well, it looks like the guys over at Firefox forgot to add the back and forward button. (I’ve noticed on the Firefox 3 Beta version and the official version now…)
It’s really annoying for people like me who like the back/forward button, here’s how to put that button back where it belongs:

First, goto View->Toolbars->Customize

Then simply draw the back/forward button on to any place you want to put it and press “Done”.
It’s pretty simple but a lot of people don’t know how to do it so this should help you get those buttons back.
