Top Five Games Expected in 2011

There has already been some cool games released this year, Crysis 2, Total War: Shogun 2 and of course, who can forget Valve’s Portal 2. But that is yesterday and what we are interesting in next week and beyond because there are still some cool and exciting titles to launched. I have selected five of the best remaining titles to be released in 2011, two such as LA Noire and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings will be released next week, so for 2011 the new games will just keep coming at nicely paced intervals to help with the finances.

Did you know the Real Time Strategy game truly began with Dune 2? I had no idea. But that’s the truth. And there is a whole lot of other crazy stuff in this amazing video history of the Command & Conquer video game series. I spent hours playing the first C&C in 1995 and it set the standard, along with Warcraft 2, for the RTS game. Now, over 15 years later, there ave been eleven games and eight expansion packs in the C&C world, plus the title launched some of the best memes on the internet. First Look: Street Fighter X Tekken

Huge news in the Capcom fighter world! It’s offical, we will see a Street Fighter crossover fighter with the Tekken. Called “Street Fighter X Tekken,” this game should get anyone who’s a fan of either of these classic fighter series. I’m not sure if I’ll be ready to put down my Marvel vs. Capcom 3, but by the time this game hits the market in 2012. Check out theses screens of Ryu and Guile kicking ass.

Ridge Racer Demo Video

Anyone who has played Ridge Racer will be surprised to see this trailer for the latest version of the game, which is due out some time in 2012! The video shows a much darker scene, more like Grand Theft Auto than the cool racing game of the past.
