Gajah Android-powered eBook Reader

Quietly, there is an eBook reader out there that runs on Android. This is the BK7005 eBook reader, a simple device that comes from Korean-based company Gajah International.

Among the features of the BK7005 include a 7” touchscreen, WiFi, and support for Adobe DRM firmware. There is no word yet on pricing but chances are this eBook reader may not really make an appearance in the international market.

Toshiba Unveils the Biblio Leaf

The electrical giant Toshiba have partnered with KDDI to launch their version of the Kindle type e-reader, they have called it the Biblio Leaf. The device offers a six inch e ink display and it comes with Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity, which is where the Japanese Telecom firm comes in as the device will part of a $20 per month, two year wireless data contract we assume that the device comes free with that!
