For those of you DSLR-addicts out there like me, you might be happy to learn that there’s a way to hack Pentax K-mount lenses to fit your Canon DSLRs. Since Pentax K-mount lenses are much cheaper than auto-focus lenses out there, you might be able to save a bunch of money by buying and hacking these K-mount lenses to fit your Canon DSLR.

I think I will actually try this myself with my Canon 7d soon.

Enjoy bokeh heaven with an easy supply of fast prime lenses at prices that are a fraction

Back in October 2009 we saw a great tutorial on how to make a DSLR hand-strap.  Well, here’s another good one that will help you not drop your camera yet get a much more flexible handle on your DSLR camera.

A handy little strap that i made to keep my baby safe when pulling ‘one-handers’ and ‘no-scoping’ it helps when you dont feel like wearing a neckstrap but still need the security of some sort of restraint incase of mishaps 😛 it works just like a handyc

DSLR Hack – How to Make a Laser Trigger for your DSLR!

http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2010/02/diy-dslr-trigger.jpg

I’ve always found that DSLR auto-trigger can be rather expensive for no apparent reason other than camera makers are over-charging for accessories.  Well, you don’t have to deal with that anymore if you want to build yourself a nifty laser trigger for your DSLR.  This could possibly be better than radio-controlled ones, who knows?

It’s been about 3 months since I’ve emerged myself into the world of photography.  One of the reasons I decided to move to a DSLR camera is because of “Depth of Field” where you can focus on your objects sharply.

Samsung NX10 Hands-on Review at CES 2010!

The Samsung NX10 is probably one of the best at the show this year, the hybrid DSLR camera is small and light like a point-and-shoot camera while camera lenses can be interchanged using adaptors.

On my hands-on experience, the NX10 provided clearly better experience over existing point-and-shoot cameras such as being able to manipulate the depth of the field. Although I am not a total expert on DSLRs as I have only owned a DSLR camera for 2 months, I think the Samsung NX10 is a great choice for those of you who want something portable than a full-fledged DSLR camera but fall
