Easy way to carry wine glasses

Carrying around a lot of wine glasses can be a bit of a tricky for some people even those that do this all of the time. It only takes a little knock and those glasses of vino have had it. However, this tray is made from glass and will carry up to eight glasses in perfect safety.

The tray holds the glasses from the stem, which gives them a little bit of extra grip, not only that it looks great too and would an excellent image for the establishment.

One of my other foods while drinking wine is Prosciutto, other than smoked salmon. (Honestly, I think they taste very similar) I have never heard of it nor taste it before one of my Italian friends showed me on a trip to Tahoe. It had the addiction rate near any other hardcore drugs out there and ever since then, I do enjoy eating a lot of Prosciutto whenever my wallet can afford it.

Anyways, I’ve always been wondering how they make this proscuiutto, basically pig ham cut into very thin slices.

Here’s a couple resources you can check out on making prosciutto yourself, I just want to know how they do it but would probably buy at your local authentic Italian meat shop.

Here’s an awesome idea for re-using your old wine corks into placecard holders. I can even see this being used for something else such as your business cards.

Simply cut a slit in your wine cork and cut the bottom off so it won’t move.

If you like, you can hot glue a magnet strip to the bottom of the cork placecard holder. If your table happens to be metal, this will keep it in place and weighted down. If not, you can slip an adhesive magnet under your table cloth to make sure it stays in place.

Pour the juice into a 5-gallon container. Boil the water and sugar together until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool, then add the grape juice and yeast package. Securely close the container so that no air is released. Allow the wine to ferment for four weeks before bottling.
