Wow, here’s Clorox Toilet Bleach substitute that will make your toilet cleaner while saving earth from harmful chemicals going down the drain into the ocean.

All Natural Toilet Bowl Cleaner

1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup baking soda

The very simple procedure that goes along with this recipe is……Put the vinegar into the toilet bowl. Leave it be and have a cup of coffee…..give yourself say 30 minutes, so grab a magazine to read while you are sipping your coffee. Return to the toilet after you are finished reading, grad your toilet brush and dip it into the toilet. Take it out, and sprinkle some baking soda onto the brush. Scour the inside of the toilet with the brush repeating the sprinkle procedure until the baking soda is gone…..voila! Clean Toilet!

Here’s a really cool way to control OLEDs with Arduino.

4D Systems makes some really nice serial OLEDS. They aren’t hard to use, but the documentation for them is very scattered. This tutorial pulls together the various pieces i’ve found so that you can get up and running very quickly.

Yes, you can make a chain body armour with soda can tabs, I just don’t know how protective that will be but it’s eco-friendly.

Solaris Wooden Clock!

Check out this cool wooden clock made from all wood!  Now, you can use this as reference to building your own.

Check out the Robocut, a lawnmower robot with Basic Stamp as controller.  You can even buy the kit so you can build one yourself.

Now, if you can get one of these DIY kits and make it solar, that’d be something to watch.

“RoboCut, is a BASIC Stamp powered robot. Two 12Volt motors with gearbox gives the two large drivewheels good traction and the robot can manouver in very small areas. Powersource is a NiMh accu-pack at 12V, 4.1 Ah. One motor gives the cutterdisk a rpm at approx. 3500 rpm. A Basic STAMP 2 is the brain in the PCB mounted in the front of the Robocut. Here’s a great one for you Arduino-geeks, a robot with Arduino controls and CMUCam for sight.

This is my first CMUcam + Arduino version, the code for which will be uploaded soon. As you can see below, it is a bit of a rush-job, caused by the blowing-up of my proper h-bridge, and its replacement with a single power-transistor (click for big version).
