Windows 8 Boots Up INSTANTLY!

Here’s a cool video of new Windows 8 that boots up instantly from a complete cold start after putting the battery out and in.

Let me just add that I literally went on a rampage about how Windows Vista sucked (and it did big time) but I have to give Microsoft some props on Windows 7 (which I love) and I think Windows 8 will be another great products too, keep up the good work guys.

How to Enable Telnet in Windows 7!

Windows XP and previous Windows had telnet working out of the box. Well for those of you who need telnet in Windows 7, it’s pretty easy to do, you just need to enable it under Start->Control Panel->Programs And Features->Turn Windows features on or off then hit Telnet Client and OK.

After that, you should be able to run telnet under command prompt just fine.

Google Chrome OS to Launch

It seems that the time is getting right for the launch of the Chrome operating system from Google, but not until the end of the year. For some this release cannot come too soon as the temptation to use the beta version is very great but there was no timeline in place, that has all changed now and maybe we will get to see some movement on Google Chrome OS now.
